I am currently working as a full time UX/UI Designer for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. Scotts has given me the opportunity to assist in the creation and MAINTENANCE of a complex design system and work cross-functionally with Product Owners and the Development Teams.

Scotts Miracle-Gro conducts an IT awards program every year. Rookie of the year is given to a first year employee who has gone above and beyond in their role. I won this award by being nominated by my manager and receiving the most votes from other members of the IT organization.

UserTesting’s certification program allowed me to develop proficiency within the UserTesting Platform. The program focused on planning tests, building the right audience, creating and launching tests, and analyzing and sharing results.
