SURGE Staffing relied heavily on word of mouth referrals to find employees. In order to incentivize referrals, they included a referral flyer in the paychecks sent out to employees, stocked referral cards at branch locations and sent out thank you cards to employees who participated in the referral process. These print assets needed a major facelift. SURGE wanted to update their print marketing materials' aesthetic from an out-of-date, elemental style to something sleek, professional, brand appropriate, and eye-catching. Although the assets needed a complete over-hall, for the sake of maintaining brand uniformity, I maintained the lines and approach of the social images.
